Drill Sergeants Office

The requirements of a Drill sergeant are as followed:
o Register on the eXD website
o Register on 360 voice
o Attend meeting on a regular basis
o Post on the forums frequently
o Knowledgable of ranking structure, rules of combat, and job duties
O Able to identify all members of the Citadel, your commander, and you are familar with the website.

EXD RECRUITING GUIDE
o Join a Playlist that isn't skill-based(i.e. Social Slayer). We are not looking for skilled players, we are searching for people who love to have fun in video games
o Before the match starts ask politely if anyone would to join our community
o Don't worry about the hecklers and haters, but if you hear a geniune yes, continue onward (mic's are required)
o Party up with them. If you can, ask a couple of enlisted members to join up with you
o After playing a few rounds, keep an eye out for any violations of our Rules of Combat.(i.e. Team Killing, T-bag, modding, .etc)
o Ask for their age. If they are under 17, send an invite to your Major or Colonel in charge of your company to evaluate the potential recruit
o Explain eXiled Demons Rules of Combat(all rules), ranking structure(why it is neccesary to follow it), register on the eXD website, and register on 360voice
o Now begins the process of getting into "uniform". Since eXD is involved in multiple games and genres, this process might be different.

PROFILE CHANGE:
o GO TO MOTTO AND HAVE THEM PUT YOUR COMPANY NAME (EXAMPLE: eXD Storm CM)
o NEXT GO TO NAME AND INSERT____RANK: RECRUIT
o THEN GO TO LOCATION AND HAVE THEM PUT OUR WEBSITE: http://exileddemons.net
o THE BIO CAN BE WHATEVER AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT VIOLATE ANY eXD RULES OF COMBAT.
o HAVE THEM GO INTO COLORS AND EMBLEMS AND CHANGE THEM FOR THE COMPANY THEY ARE IN.
o MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM ABOUT GOING ON THE WEBSITE AND VOTE ONCE A DAY. AS WELL AS CHECK ON NEW eXD NEWS.
o WE ASK THEM TO VOTE FOR THE WEBSITE ONCE A DAY SO WE CAN HELP MAKE EXD A GREATER COMMUNITY AND SPREAD THE WORD. YOU CAN FIND THE LINK ON THE FRONT PAGE NORMALLY.
o ANY QUESTIONS JUST ASK ANYONE IN YOUR COMPANY; PREFERABLY A SERGEANT OR HIGHER.

This is the process, as well as Drill Sergeant Test. However, this is just the basic guide. Your commander will inform you of any changes or revisions that need to be made regarding your company.
