Highlighted Categories

The highlight colors you use for the category hovering is slightly bothersome. I would recommend doing away with the hover highlight altogether. It works, but it's a bit annoying to the eyes. Also, I haven't seen much in the way of your clan's purpose or what to do for new members. Perhaps an introduction and new member instruction section would be beneficial.

Other than that, you've done great work with forumotion's software!

Correction:

I found the new member info. Maybe if you place that as an announcement at the top (or a global announcement would be even better) blind folks like me won't have as much trouble lol.

If you go to the Headquarters page and look in the top left corner tell me what you see after you click it.
