get the lower ranks involved and get you and kilo and me online at the same time

I have a couple of ideas.
1) Would probably be helpful if when new recruits do their profile, if they also put in the date they were recruited, and who recruited them.
2) It might help to recruit new players to the game if you also offered like a boot camp where you spectate them and let them know what they are doing wrong. Then work with them while they practice things. I know it would really help me lol

The only thing im seeing wrong with telling them what they are doing wrong is that everyone plays the game differently so if i tell you something the chances are that most likely a lot of other people will say that what i told you is wrong

maybe you could ask recruits when they join if there is one skill they want to learn and help them get better at it. I Know id love help with silent shotting im terrible at it lol

i think we should talk to citadel about having all the qwikscopers in the mw2 clans gathered up to have a tournament it could be a big tournament too...

i agree with champ... i may not be able to quickscope worth a flying flip but that would be a great idea. it could be a random selection of teams and they can do 3v3 or 4v4 and then at the end have it go down to 1v1

I dont know if this would work or not but we should snag new recruits emails and existing members emails and whenever they get a promotion, or they join, they should get an email saying, either welcome to the clan and stuff they should do, or responsibilities of this rank and what to do to get to the next rank (just in more extensive form then on the headquarters page)
