heres the deal guys

this is for all the new guys that have joined the Trauma company. we are a new company, so heres a few easy things to follow:
to get promotions, you have to sign up on the website, study the rules of combat and ranking structure( make sure you know what the job you have is for your rank). we will come to you when we think you are ready for a test (every test is different for the rank you are going for).

another big thing is recruiting, the more recruits we have that you find puts a big impression on you because of all the hard work you are putting in.

try to keep as active as you can. the more active you are in eXD, makes you appear as a better leader, especially with the clan.
