Recruiting

Alright Militia when we do recruiting there is several things that need to be covered for proper recruiting. Even though it will be covered in meetings when new people are recruited, it will be posted here for reference.

When recruiting for Exiled Demons, new recruits need to be 17 or older and have a headset. When you recruit them a Sergeant or above needs to be in party or room when you recruit them to make sure you are doing it correctly. When you get to Sergeant you can do this on your own.

New Recruits need to know that we are not a skilled based clan.

As a new member the recruit need to be informed by recruiter that they need to change their profile to include the following info below in the right spots.

Name: Rank: Recruit

Location: www.exileddemons.net

Also when you recruit them go over the rules of combat briefly and tell the recruit to study the Rules of Combat and Rank Structure so that they can get ranked up. If they have signed up on website that is an automatic promotion to private but myself or the Lieutenant need to be informed before they are promoted.
They will also need to send a friend request to the Commander and eXD Militia CM.

MAKE SURE THAT THEY KNOW THAT THEY NEED TO BE A DRILL SERGEANT BEFORE THEY CAN CHANGE THEIR NAME TO HAVE EXD IN THEIR GAMERTAG.
